MISSION
To ensure excellence in service, optimize operations, and lead teams with a focus on quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction, in alignment with Savoy Signature standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all F&B operations across the hotel’s outlets.
- Lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to define menus and technical sheets.
- Manage stock, orders, and suppliers, ensuring cost control and product quality.
- Oversee events, banquets, and seasonal celebrations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) and internal policies.
- Monitor performance indicators and support strategic decision-making.
- Promote campaigns and initiatives that boost sales and revenue.
- Conduct operational briefings and coordinate team recruitment processes.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Solid experience in F&B management, preferably in a 5-star hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, planning, and results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for hospitality, innovation, and service excellence.
- Knowledge of HACCP and management tools (POS systems, inventory, KPI analysis).
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are an asset).
- Team spirit, proactive attitude, and customer-focused approach.
