CANDIDATE PROFILE

You will be in charge of the entire spa front office. It includes greeting and welcoming all spa customers, answering the phone and emails, handling queries about the spa’s menu, services, products and facilities, making bookings, checking customers in and out, ensuring correct spa billing, managing and maximising spa bookings and promoting the spa’s products and services.

Qualifications:

  • 12th grade diploma
  • Certified receptionist’s diploma (preferably)
  • Preference will be given to experience in five-star hotels;
  • A good command of English Preferably knowledge of other languages;
  • Experience with MS Office

Skills:

  • Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships
  • Drive, initiative and proactiveness
  • Strong sense of responsibility and organisation
  • Good time management and methodical work skills
  • Flexibility for shift work
