Cancellation policy:
- Prepayment is required to guarantee your reservation;
-If the reservation payment is not made up to 24 hours before the event date, it will be automatically cancelled.
- Children's rate: 
0 to 2 years: free | 3 to 12: 50%

Cancellation policy:
- For cancellations until 30.11.2025 (including), no refunds will be granted.
A credit voucher will be granted to be used at the Savoy Palace (valid for 1 year);
- For cancellations after 01.12.2025, no refunds or credits will be granted;
- No refunds of amounts paid will be granted;
- Schedule and festive menus may change without prior notice.
