The SPE service includes a GEPA, Savoy Palace’s Guest Experience Personal Assistant, dedicated exclusively to your room, available for you 24/7 and at no extra cost, and is focused on constantly crafting your stay along the way down to the smallest detail!


The GEPA is the point of contact for the guest’s every need, in coordination with all hotel departments and liaising with any external parties during the stay at the hotel. The service is available via e-mail, WhatsApp messaging or voice call, or using the direct phone extension in the rooms.
