About the Role:
This position plays a key role in managing and coordinating post-sales service logistics, ensuring an outstanding support experience for our Vacation Club members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure an exceptional post-sales experience by responding promptly and effectively to members’ questions and needs.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with members, ensuring all processes are followed in accordance with company guidelines and the specificities of each product purchased.
- Work closely with the Reservations, Contracts, Finance, and Member Service departments to ensure quick and efficient resolution of member requests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage logistical processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Ability to multitask and proactively solve problems.
- Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
