HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
To make a reservation on our website simply choose the hotel of interest in the field “our hotels” and then select the number of guests along with the requested dates. If you have a promo code, please make sure to add it. Next, click for your search. Several room types will appear along with the various different rates. To complete the reservation just click on "Book Now" and fill in the requested information.

CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION AT MULTIPLE HOTELS?
To make a booking at more than one hotel, you need to separately book each hotel of interest.

CAN I BOOK MORE THAN ONE ROOM?
You can book more than one room by clicking in the field “add a room”. You can book a maximum of 5 rooms.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BOOKING ONLINE?
Lower rates are available on Savoy Signature websites. If the customer finds a lower price we guarantee to match it, as long as it offers the same conditions as ours. There are also exclusive discounts which are only available on the Savoy Signature website.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION?
After completing your reservation, the booking confirmation is sent via email to the address provided.


HOW CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST – DOUBLE BED, EXTRA BED, ETC.?
If you wish to make a special request, please add a comment on the last step of the reservation, the "Additional details and preferences” field. Please note that these requests are subject to availability. I LOST THE EMAIL WITH THE RESERVATION CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We suggest contacting the reservations department via +351 291 213 048 or by email reservations.savoy@savoysignature.comHowever, presenting a booking confirmation at check-in is not required. Simply present an identification document that matches the name in which the booking was made.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Change or cancellation of your reservation depends on the conditions mentioned in the rate. If your reservation is refundable, you may cancel or modify it according to the conditions. CAN I CHANGE THE HOTEL AFTER MY BOOKING IS CONFIRMED?
If your booking is refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy you can change it. Booking conditions may vary according the hotel.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION POLICIES?
There are several cancellation categories: refundable or non-refundable. To find out which terms apply to your selected rate, check the "rate conditions" or the notes provided in the promotion.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX ON TOP OF THE FIGURES PRESENTED?
For hotels in Portugal VAT is already included in the rates.

WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT?
As we value our guest security and trust, for credit card payments we assure a secure payment link. We accept MasterCard, Visa Card, American Express and Diner’s Club.

IS THE TOURIST FEE INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION’S AMOUNT?
Our available rates already include all taxes and VAT.
