Membership Guest Relations | Vacation Club

Key Responsibilities:
-  Ongoing contact with Members/Guests: Provide personalised and proactive support to guests (from pre-arrival to their return home), ensuring that all essential information for the stay is clearly communicated and that each interaction reflects enthusiasm for the unique experiences offered by our resorts and the island.
- During the Stay: Record all guest requests or issues, ensuring proper follow-up and confirming that their needs have been met and resolved satisfactorily.
- Build a relationship of trust to maintain guest interest in the Savoy Vacation Club.
- Proactively assist guests whenever opportunities arise.

 

Requirements:

- Previous experience in guest relations/customer service.
- Computer proficiency.
- Fluency in English and Finnish (mandatory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to foster good working relationships with Savoy colleagues and partners.
- Knowledge of Madeira Island.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.
