Main Responsibilities
- Support to service providers (Finance and Social Security)
- Management of seller accommodation (contracts and payments)
- Coordination of lead generation teams
- Daily coordination with the hotel canteen
- Participation in special projects and administrative support in liaising with central departments (e.g., Marketing and HR)
- Management and implementation of marketing & Prospect Experience activities
- Contract debtors management
- Reporting and data analysis
- Direct support to the Vacation Club General Manager and the Club & Operations Director

What are we looking for?
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of German, Finnish, and French is highly valued
- Availability, flexibility, and initiative
- Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
