- For cancellations until 30.11.2023 (including), no refunds will be granted. A credit voucher will be granted to be used
at the Saccharum (valid for 1 year);
- For cancellations after 01.12.2023, no refunds or credits will be granted;
- No refunds of amounts paid will be granted;

- Schedule and festive menus may change without prior notice.
